The scene
Lighthouse Radio · Sound-effects rehearsalDuring rehearsal, a false announcement cancels visits to the lighthouse. It came from a personal transmitter that adds a three-letter signature using short and long sounds.
This game’s manual uses only three letters. The recording preserves the sounds and pauses, but the device transmitted the last letter of its signature first.
What we know for certain
One of these people sent the announcement with their own transmitter, without help. Signatures were not changed and devices were not lent. Long pauses separate letters; short pauses separate sounds within a letter. The recording is complete and free from interference.
The three accounts

01The game manual
S corresponds to two short sounds. O corresponds to one long sound. L corresponds to a short sound followed by a long one. These are conventions of this game, not Morse code.
02The recording
You hear: short, long; long pause; long; long pause; short, short. Within each group there are only short pauses.
03The transmitter’s order
The device first transmits the final letter of its signature, then the middle letter and finally the first. It does not reverse the order of sounds within each letter.
04The verified signatures
Kira has SOL, Lluc has LOS and Maia has OSL. Each signature is engraved on the casing and stored in the locked configuration.
05The direct transmission
The signature was automatically added to the announcement as it was sent. It is not a recording played from another device, and it cannot be replaced by someone else’s signature.
