What we know for certain
One of these three people made the swap during their only visit, without help. There were exactly three visits, with no overlap. Green, red and blue ribbons were each used once and never exchanged. The clues are reliable.

01The middle visit
The camera shows that the person wearing the red ribbon made the second visit and replaced the print.

04The excluded ribbon
The handover photograph proves Jana did not receive the red ribbon, although it does not distinguish between green and blue.

The reception record confirms that Leo entered before the person wearing the blue ribbon.
