Explorers’ House · Temporary exhibitionA false authorisation allowed someone to remove a map. It bears the stamp from one of three private rooms. Each collaborator worked in one room and kept its only key.
The inventory locates two objects. Comparing the occupants’ positions lets you identify who had the stamp.
What we know for certain
One of these people stamped the document with the object in their own room, without help. The left, middle and right rooms each contain one object. Nobody exchanged keys or objects. The clues are reliable.

01The three objects
The rooms contain a compass, a paintbrush and a stamp, one of each. This stamp was used on the authorisation.
02The position inventory
The paintbrush is in the left-hand room and the compass in the middle room. The objects never left their rooms.
03Kela’s position
The register confirms that Kela did not occupy the right-hand room. It does not say which of the other two she used.
04Leo’s position
Leo did not occupy the left-hand room. His key fitted one of the other two.
05Mina’s comparison
Mina occupied a room to the left of Leo’s. Each person had a different room.
