The system retains the original order and the three operations available to the people in charge. Only one operation reproduces exactly what came out of the printer.
What we know for certain
One of these people applied their authorised operation to the original queue exactly once. No courses were added, deleted or duplicated. The printer follows the final order, and nobody rearranged the slips as they came out.

01The original queue
The menu was recorded as soup, rice and cake, in that printing order.
02What came out
The three slips emerged as cake, soup and rice. The cameras track every slip from the moment it comes out.
03Cesc's option
Swapping the first two courses changes only their positions: the third stays at the end.
04Alicia's option
Reversing the list puts the third course first, leaves the second in the middle and moves the first to the end.
05Roc's option
Moving the last course to the front shifts the other two back one position without reversing their order relative to each other.
