The applause was heard at different times: live on stage and later through a dressing-room monitor. A camera and a playback log separate the two references without relying on anyone's memory.
What we know for certain
One of the three people personally removed the brooch from the cupboard, without accomplices, during that single minute. All had a key. The recordings are continuous, the clocks agree, and the cupboard cannot be reached from the stage or control booth without leaving those places.

01The live applause
The audience applauded at 18:12. The stage recording places Irene there from 18:11 to 18:13, always visible and never leaving.
02The monitor replay
The dressing-room monitor played the recorded feed with a fixed four-minute delay behind the stage. It received no live sound from the auditorium.
03Darío's recording
A camera shows Darío beside the monitor during the replayed applause. It follows him there between 18:15 and 18:17, but there is no recording of him before that interval.
04Nora's booth
Nora appears continuously on the booth camera from 18:12 to 18:14. Her workstation has neither access to the cupboard nor controls to open it.
05The available route
Walking between the cupboard and dressing room takes one minute. The brooch fitted in a pocket. There was no need to remain beside the cupboard after taking it.
