Three people could approach from different corridors. Each corridor leads to a different slot. The envelope arrived intact, containing a stiff card that prevented it from being folded.
What we know for certain
One of these three people personally inserted the envelope through the slot accessible from their corridor. They did not exchange corridors, use tools or open the door. The card measures eight by twelve centimetres, and the envelope adds no significant thickness.

01The stiff card
The intact card measures eight by twelve centimetres. It must pass edge-first through a horizontal slot: the minimum width required is eight centimetres. It cannot be folded.
02The three slots
Ferran has access to a seven-centimetre slot; Nadia, a nine-centimetre one; Ulises, a thirteen-centimetre one. All are tall enough to accommodate the envelope's thickness.
03The largest slot
The thirteen-centimetre slot was still sealed from the inside with a numbered paper strip. The strip was intact and covered the entire opening when the envelope was found.
04The locked room
The door and windows remained closed. The log and witnesses rule out anyone entering since the break.
05The envelope's condition
The envelope and card were intact, with no folds or cuts. Only that envelope was found, and there had been none inside before the break.
