The machine prints no names. Its colour cycle and two reception notes reveal who received that pass.
What we know for certain
One of these people made the copy during their only visit. They used the pass they received on entry, without exchanging it. There had been no other entries before these visits. The cycle advanced exactly once per entry and could not be reset. The records are exact.

01The recovered copy
The unauthorised copy carries the complete amber pass. The check confirms it came from that room's machine.
02The entry colour
The panel issues a pass in the colour it currently displays and only then changes to the next colour: white, blue, amber, white.
03Opening for the day
When the room opened, before anyone entered, the panel displayed white. Each visitor entered exactly once.
04Two ordered notes
The receptionist recorded that Omar entered before Lina and Lina entered before Paz. No visits were simultaneous.
05One pass per job
The copy was automatically marked with its maker's pass. There were no spare passes or second door.
