What we know for certain
One of these people loaded their own route to remove the medal. The robot always starts at Start and follows exactly two instructions: a letter, then a number. Nobody altered the routes, moved the robot by hand or used another person’s program.

01The robot’s memory
The memory retains B as the first instruction on the route used to remove the medal. The second instruction, a number, was not recorded.
02The first exits
From Start, A leads to Courtyard and B leads to Gallery. There is no other destination for the first step.
03The branches
From Courtyard, 1 leads to Fountain and 2 to Bench. From Gallery, 1 leads to Store and 2 to Garden.
04The assigned programs
Damián had A followed by 1; Eva had B followed by 2; Ferran had B followed by 1.
05The collection point
The medal was at Store. The robot’s arm could collect it only if the route ended at that exact station.
