The three authorised people had different personal sequences. The counter read eight before the opening and eleven afterwards. The difference identifies the sequence that left the trace.
What we know for certain
Exactly one person opened the drawer and removed the key with their assigned sequence. The chosen sequence was completed once, with no additional movements. The levers add or subtract the stated amounts; the counter was not reset and did not wrap around at a limit.

01The readings
The counter showed 8 before the only opening and 11 when the drawer closed. Both readings were photographed.
02Olivia’s sequence
Olivia had to add five, then subtract two. The two actions make up one complete access sequence.
03Pere’s sequence
Pere’s combination adds five, then subtracts one. It has no third action.
04Rocío’s sequence
Rocío’s sequence adds four, then subtracts two, always in that order.
05The automatic closing mechanism
The key could only be removed during that complete access sequence. The system recorded its two movements and allowed no other opening between the photographs.
